Pioneer Springs Community School is located in the Historic Croft Schoolhouse, a registered historic landmark, just south of Huntersville off Highway 115 at 9200 Bob Beatty Road, Charlotte, NC 28269.  The original Croft School first opened its doors in 1890 to serve the rural, railroad-centered business district of Croft in North Mecklenburg County.  Now, almost 80 years since the school’s closing, the historic schoolhouse halls are once again filled with children’s laughter and learning.
